The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). We, HX Car Park Management Ltd, take the protection of data very seriously and we implement policies and procedures which ensure we operate within GDPR guidelines to keep your data safe and protected.

Within the Right of Access page you will see a form which you must fill out to request your data. We will only respond to requests whereby the information supplied exactly matches the data we hold. If the information supplied does not correlate exactly, we will notify you by email explaining that we are unable to proceed with your request on this basis.
