MAXIMUM STAY CAR PARK MANAGEMENT

Maximum stay ANPR schemes are used daily across the nation. Over the last 5 years, our retail portfolio has grown exponentially. This has given us a great platform where we can advise you of your needs and how long we believe your maximum stay period should be just off the list of retailers you have on your land and by looking at the surrounding area. Maximum stay schemes are predominantly used in:

  • Retail Parks
  • Shopping Centres
  • Cinemas
  • Bars and Restaurants
  • Gyms

Maximum stay is essentially a limited period of free parking. You will be familiar with signage that says “1/2/3 Hours Maximum Stay” It allows genuine users to use the facility but, at the same time, prevents abuse from long stay or unauthorised vehicles. The benefits of a maximum stay scheme are:

  • Increased turnover of vehicles
  • More spend per head on retail outlets with turnover of customers
  • Decrease commuters from parking all day, ensuring there is space for staff and customers
  • Data and Analytics

Maximum stay schemes are managed by intelligent ANPR cameras. If your site has disabled bays, parent and child bays, loading bays and/or no stopping areas then we would advise to look at having Warden patrols to compliment the ANPR system and to give you full coverage and compliance of your parking facilities.

We understand that every car park is unique and requires customised solutions. If you believe you require a maximum stay scheme, please contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
